After some break of ‘DTS Best And Worst’ – awards it returned for the eight season of Smallville. After preparing the awards and let people vote for over a month, the results are in. After Mark Snow’s depature in season seven, Smallville’s s score couldn’t be in better hands. He continues his legacy of Mark Snow and added more and more themes into the music which feels like Superman. Febres worked for Smallville a long time under Mark Snow.
DTS Posthumous Award – James “Jimmy” Henry Olsen
One of the season eight finale’s twist was that Smallville’s Jimmy wasn’t the Jimmy from the comics. A lot of fans had problems with that especially after last season where he become more and more ‘Superman’s Pal’. Furthermore Aaron Ashmore was a fantastic adding to the cast and with season eight he had his best year on Smallville. His Jimmy may be older than Jimmy from the comics however he will have always a special place in our hearts.
