‘Lazarus’ HQ Episode Stills

The CW released the episode stills for this year’s season premiere called ‘Lazarus’ in high quality.

There are 18 episode stills of the scene between Clark Kent and Jonathan Kent played by John Schneider. In addition to that, Matt Mitovich released another Lois Lane still.

Upcoming Casting News

Chicago Con has some casting news for Smallville. The official website of Michael Shanks tweeted we will see Shanks besides in the second episode ‘Shield’ in episode 11 reprising his role as Hawkman/Carter Hall. Also, while no official word for a return, Alaina Huffman who portrays Black Canary/Dinah Lance said she would love to return.

In other news, in episode four called ‘Homecoming’ which is Smallville 200th episode we will see Allie Bertram as reporter of the ‘The Torch’. You can read the full interview HERE. She will also star in Tom Welling’s first series ‘Hellcats’.

Ausiello: Further Information about ‘Isis’

Michael Ausiello from Entertainment Weekly has some scoop for the upcoming episode called ‘Isis’ of the new season.

It was speculated we will see the DC comic character Isis in this episode and he confirms it. However there is a twist who plays her.

Ausiello: Luthor Returns

Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello revealed former series regular John Glover will return to Smallville for the tenth and final season.

Is a Lane Family Reunion

Thanks to TV Guide.com we have learned that an upcoming family reunion is about to happen. Michael Ironside and Peyton List are set to return to Smallville to reprise their roles of General Sam Lane and Lucy Lane in an upcoming episode to air on Octuber.

General Lane and Lucy were last seen in separate episodes during Season 4. The General, however, has been mentioned numerous times, including last season when Lois called to discuss her wedding to Clark (Tom Welling) while under a persuasive spell.

Details on the duo’s arrival are sparse, but we hope the General’s return has something to do with Lex Luthor, who became the General’s boss in the comic books - TV Guide.com
